SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

In connection with the publication requirements, we mention that the studies submitted must be written in English.
All research articles in this journal will undergone rigorous single-blind peer review, based on initial editor screening, refereeing by independent expert referees, and consequent revision by article authors when required.

All papers are peer-reviewed. The recommendation is stated according to one of the three assertions below:
– accept without revision
– accept after (major or minor) revision
– reject

There are no article processing or submission charges.

The articles have free availability on the public internet, permitting any users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles.

They are digitally archived by Romania’s National Library and by the local Central University Library of Cluj-Napoca, also they can be accessed through The Central and Eastern European Online Library (CEEOL)

Journal’s policy of screening for plagiarism:
Plagiarism is strictly forbidden, and by submitting the article for publication the authors agree that the publishers have the legal right to take appropriate action against the authors,
if plagiarism or fabricated information is discovered.
