All research articles in this journal will undergone rigorous single-blind peer review, based on initial editor screening,
 refereeing by independent expert referees, and consequent revision by article authors when required.

All papers are peer-reviewed. The recommendation is stated according to one of the three assertions below:
– accept without revision
– accept after (major or minor) revision
– reject
