ABSTRACT. – The Natural and Anthropic Environment Pre-requisites in the Touristic Arrangement of the Littoral Zones. The littoral environment is analysed, whose specific features have determined early anthropic changes and the development of a complex system of activities specific for the marine-oceanic space, but also for the dry land. The tourism is the phenomenon and the activity which has early determined the phenomenon of globalisation by arrangements placed alongside thousands of km of seacoast at a national level, overriding the borders, and at an international scale, causing touristic flows globally. This evolution was the result of both the natural factors (imposing the climatic, bioclimatic, chemical and physical qualities of water by coast conformation) and of the social, historical and economic conditions (the intense peopling and the hypertropic development of the habitat), of navigation and port industry – the synthesis industry of both environments. The tourism is an important beneficiary of all of them.
