ABSTRACT.- Underground river from Huda lui Papară. Elements of underground hydrology. Huda lui Papara’s underground drainage is carried out whith free level and is penetrable by a lenght of 1200m. Only a short section in the insurgency, the flow is performed under pressure. The longitudinal profile shows a pronounced unevenness in the upstream and downstream sectors, the progress is almost horizontal. Fluctuations in the rate recorded in the survey are directly related to atmospheric precipitation, snow melt and the presence of exceptional intensity of weather phenomena: rain likely convective or frontal. The only indicator of pollution are chloride, definite proof of a domestic pollution in discharges The situation is explained by the presence of Poieni Valley and Ponor village across the basin.
