EVALUAREA RISCURILOR LA BARAJE ŞI A CELOR INDUSE DE COLMATAREA ACUMULĂRILOR DE PE VALEA SOMEŞULUI CALD

ABSTRACT. - Risk Concerning Dams and Reservoirs Clogging in Someşul Cald Basin. The first part of the study presents a brief metodological analyze concerning dam events and their happening risk. After their sorting according to The International Commission on Large Dams (I.C.O.L.D.), a brief characterization of some events type is realised after different sources. Then follows a stocktaking of dams risk types and also the presentation of their assessment and managing steps. The second part is assigned for the risk cuantification metodology, the risk indicators presentation for the large dams in the studied basin and recently appeared risk element at Fântânele reservoir dam. After several general notions connected to the risk of reservoirs clogging, the last part is studying the case of the four reservoirs on Someşul Cald, regarding the manifestation and the effects of this process.
